Rally Time is a really well balanced Dark roast for those that like a bit bolder coffee experience. It will help you Rally into your day or any adventure your bold self sets off on!

  • This is a single roast out of Jesus Maria, Mexico at 1600M elevation
  • It has notes of chocolate, apricot, and salte almonds
  • It has a low acidity, medium sweetness, clean mouth-feel, and great smooth and slightly bitter aftertaste in a pleasant way.

We like this coffee brewed in a French press, pour over, moka pot, cold brew, aeropress or espresso
